Bloustein Distinguished Scholar Program

The Bloustein Distinguished Scholar Program, administered by the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA), recognizes the best and brightest New Jersey students in pursuit of their higher education goals. Eligible students receive $1000.00 annual awards that can be used at any New Jersey College or University.
