We needed to move the regular March meeting of the Board of Education up a week so that we could formally approve the 2009-10 school budget for submission to the New Jersey Department of Education Gloucester County Office. A state deadline for that submission requires that we hold our meeting this week.
Therefore, the meeting that was originally scheduled for next Wednesday has been moved to this Wednesday, March 18, at 7:00 p.m. in the Jr.-Sr. High School Auditorium.
The following will take place during the Presentation/Discussion portion of the evening's agenda: introduction of the 2009 Teachers of the Year, update on the district's Strategic Plan ; and an introduction of the 2009-010 budget.
